Partnered with Formless Beauty on multiple contract engagements to provide creative project management support during high-priority marketing initiatives and product launches. Brought in to lead cross-functional campaign execution, ensuring creative teams, stakeholders and deliverables remained aligned from concept through launch.
Managed end-to-end project timelines, production schedules and creative workflows across integrated marketing campaigns, serving as the central point of communication between marketing, creative and leadership teams. Collaborated closely with the Director of Graphic Design to help shape the creative direction of campaigns while translating strategy into organized execution.
Directed a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters and creative contributors, coordinating reviews, approvals, asset production and launch readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives. Focused on building structure around the creative process, removing roadblocks and ensuring projects were delivered on time without compromising the brand's visual identity or quality standards.
Throughout each engagement, I provided the operational leadership needed to keep fast-moving campaigns organized, enabling the internal team to stay focused on creative excellence while maintaining momentum across every stage of production.
