I worked closely with Lago Wear, a sustainable scrub brand, for over a year to scale their marketing efforts and build their influencer program from the ground up. By partnering with hundreds of medical professionals - nurses, doctors, vets, and estheticians, I helped generate authentic, high-quality content with zero production costs. In addition to managing the full influencer process, I supported product launches, content strategy, and brand development, working directly with the founder to shape the brand narrative and drive growth.
