Over four years at MINE, I helped build the operational foundation behind a fast-growing luxury interior design technology company. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, design and operations, I led complex cross-functional initiatives that transformed ideas into successful launches while creating the processes that allowed teams to scale.
As the central point of coordination across departments, I partnered with leadership, designers, engineers, sales teams, customer success and external vendors to manage projects from initial concept through execution. Whether launching new digital products, developing marketing campaigns or improving internal workflows, my focus was always on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to fast-moving creative work.
I directed project management across the company's marketing initiatives, overseeing production timelines, creative reviews, stakeholder communication, approvals and launch schedules for dozens of concurrent projects. My work ensured campaigns remained aligned across every customer touchpoint, including email marketing, social media, website content, product launches, educational programming and customer communications.
One of my largest contributions was helping build and launch Studio MINE, the company's digital platform for interior designers. I partnered closely with product, engineering and leadership teams throughout the development process, coordinating cross-functional workstreams while helping define the customer experience. I led project management for major platform launches, organized feature rollouts, developed educational resources and onboarding materials, and created scalable systems that supported adoption among thousands of designers nationwide.
Beyond launches, I continuously refined the operational processes that supported the creative team. I developed production workflows, standardized project documentation, established creative review processes and implemented systems that improved collaboration between marketing, design, engineering and leadership. These operational improvements increased efficiency, reduced bottlenecks and enabled the team to execute increasingly ambitious initiatives without sacrificing quality.
Content strategy and customer storytelling also became a significant part of my role. I managed testimonial collection, coordinated customer interviews, developed educational content and partnered with designers to highlight real projects across digital channels. These stories strengthened brand credibility while supporting marketing campaigns, product launches and sales initiatives.
I also managed the production and execution of the company's email marketing program, developing automated customer journeys and weekly campaigns that supported customer acquisition, onboarding and retention. Working closely with creative and leadership teams, I ensured every campaign reflected the brand's elevated design aesthetic while delivering clear business objectives.
As the company expanded, I helped establish creative standards that maintained consistency across every customer touchpoint. From campaign assets and website content to product education and internal documentation, I developed systems that kept the brand cohesive while allowing multiple teams to contribute efficiently.
