I’ve been working with N-Gage Brand, a global pet toy company, for over five years. From the beginning, I’ve helped shape our brand identity—developing our messaging, defining our target audience, and crafting a compelling brand story that resonates with dog lovers everywhere. I’ve partnered with hundreds of dog influencers to generate user-generated content in exchange for product, helping us build trust, grow awareness, and launch new products with impact. I’ve played a key role in multiple product launches and creative re-launches, including kit campaigns designed to increase average order value.
In addition to our direct-to-consumer efforts, N-Gage is sold worldwide—from independent pet shops to major retailers like Costco UK and Target in the U.S. I manage our social media and email marketing, and also assist with UX and ongoing brand development, ensuring our presence stays fresh, strategic, and connected to our community.
